Satisfaction and alignment of Class of 2026 students' first-year courses at Parami Institute of Undergraduate Studies with their aspirations and future careers
Description of our project:
Some students are said to be convinced that there is an imbalance in the course offerings, with a greater emphasis on social science and humanities courses, and fewer courses directly related to Statistics and Data Science. This observation has prompted the research inquiry of Group 5. Additionally, this study aims to investigate the extent to which these courses align with students’ future career aspirations. Data was collected with a survey form which contains qualitative and quantitative data. The final analysis concluded that the majority of the participants were satisfied with the courses offered in the first year at Parami University and 97.2 % of the participants said the courses align with their aspired future careers.
